A Message from Brother Gene

My Dear People,

It is thrilling to be a part of what our Lord is doing in Manor and around the world. The frame work is up for our Education building – Praise God! Many are asking me and others what are we doing at Eternal Faith. I tell them The Lord is doing a great work here and that the building is to enable us to reach and teach more people.
Thank you for your contributions to the “Building Fund.” Please note on your check or offering envelope the amount for the building fund or use the separate Building Fund envelopes in the pews. This will ensure that the treasurer has every contribution in the correct place.

Good News Of Disaster Relief

Good News of Disaster Relief

When you’ve seen a disaster on the news in the last 50 years, what you may not have seen is the Southern Baptist Disaster Relief volunteers who were already on the scene—and they re-mained long after news cameras left town. As the third-largest disaster response team in the nation, this network of state-based volunteer teams does more than just clean up; they bring the healing of Christ to those whose lives have been shattered. Southern Baptists are known for being one of the first groups on the scene following a disaster and are one of the last to leave. The response to Florence has been no different. Southern Baptist volunteers have been serving hundreds of thousands of meals, doing chain saw work, mudding out houses, and sending hope to Carolina residents for the past week and the weeks to come. Through our tithes and offer-ings, we are a part of this great ministry.
Jean and I look forward to being with each of your in Bible study and worship each week.
Love,
Pastor Gene
